WsM Enterprise Area is a collection of mixed-use development plots, business opportunities, and commercial units and spaces, all set over a 72 hectare, highly sustainable site. Part of the wider £1bn, culture-led regeneration of Weston-super-Mare, it will provide over 2 million square feet of commercial space, 9,000 jobs, and 6,000 new homes.
